Yolk should run with Eggs Benedict!: Reviewed by jbober4 on May 1, 2012; I used to dine at Libby's quite often and have visited Athen's a couple of times since they have opened. One problem that both Libby's and Athens have is making a poached egg for Eggs Benedict. Every single time I order this breakfast meal the yolks are completely cooked through. That's not the way Eggs Benny should be! I continue to order in hopes that they will someday get it right, but I'm not sure it's worth trying this dish anymore. Otherwise, homefries and other breakfast meals are great, I just wish you could fix the poached egg problem!; read more about this restaurant
