Great ciders, sides, catfish, and server

The only problem:the pulled chicken was extremely dry and it didn't taste smoked. And they don't offer quarter or half chickens. Why? Generous helpings, big selection of ciders, and ok barbecue sauce, but if they don't know how to barbecue, what's the point? Our server was delightful.
