Winooski Asian Bistro!: Reviewed by Bookworm on June 28, 2012; There's now a branch of Asian Bistro in Winooski - it's a pretty close match to the Williston one. My husband and I eat at the Winooski location at least once a month. The servers know us and we get really good service. The shrimp siu-mai dumplings are our favorite thing on the menu. We have enjoyed many of the excellent and creative sushi rolls. The sushi and sashimi are fresh and well prepared. Lately they have been offering a very tasty salad - a heap of greens topped with sliced mango, sliced avocado, and seared raw tuna. It's just amazing, and perfectly filling as a meal. The asparagus beef is a safe choice for just about anybody. The shrimp and pineapple in red curry is also delicious. The prices are very reasonable.
