We were hoping for more: Reviewed by MichaelS on December 5, 2012; We used to frequent Butlers before NECI had so many problems and the restaurant went downhill. We were hoping that Amuse might provide a replacement for the fine dining experiences we used to have there. As we went there for the Thanksgiving buffet, we probably do not have a real grasp for what they can offer, but I was extremely underwhelmed. The lamb was way over seasoned and dry. The Turkey was dry. The pate and terrine were bland, the stuffing was tasty but dry,and the desserts, while plentiful and very sweet, were not special at all. We may try Amuse again, but as this experience kind of reminded us of the old all you can eat buffets at restaurants in the 1970's, it will be a while.; read more about this restaurant
