Belted Cow Bistro, The
Some new Additions to Old Favorites

While I can never resist ordering the Smoked Pork Tartine at the Belted Cow, there are many new items that are great additions. The Hot Chicken Sandwich is comfort food defined ! The BBQ on Tuesday night is always great and the wine list has something for everyone. Always a great night out when we go to The Cow !

In the past 9 years, many restaurants have come and gone. Trends have been tried and faded. Through these years, The Kitchen Table Bistro has proven to be a destination for exemplary cuisine, professional and personable service, and great libations from Andy. We recently visited and from start to finish, the KTB is at the top of their game. Congratulations to the entire KTB Family for 9 great years. Cheers !

Monty's brings Quality to Williston

Stopped in Monty's tonight for dinner. Great beer selection that covers both vermont and beyond. All three entrees (2 Broiled Haddock Fish and Chips and a Steak Salad) were prepared perfectly by Shawn and priced to reflect value. Swing in for a pint, and stay for dinner !

Closing is the best thing they ever did

Thank you for closing and putting unsuspecting diners out of the certain misery that would have come from dining here. This was a disgrace of a restaurant that occupied the building of a once legendary operation. To those in charge, please seek another vocation or at least be sure to clearly identify yourself in any future endeavour you are invovlved in so we can all be forewarned. "Closed for Inventory" during foliage season ? Nice try............

If you have ever heard someone say "you can't get "real BBQ" in Vermont" it was probably uttered from the mouth of someone that has not been to The Belted Cow Bistro on a Tuesday night ! Make it a point to find out for yourself how great BBQ Ribs can be with a trip to The Cow. Be sure to call first as the cue has been known to sell out.
