The long lines are a testament to the popularity of this breakfast-and-lunch place. Try the "Zydeco" breakfast — two eggs any style, black beans, corn muffins and andouille sausage.

not all it's cracked up to be

Considering that this is the #1 breakfast spot in Burlington, I was totally disappointed by the food. The atmosphere was great, we didn't have to wait long, the waitstaff was knowledgeable and polite, but the food was seriously lacking. I had bacon that was completely flavorless. Considering the amazing bacon vendors in this neck of the woods, there's just no excuse for that!

chorizo and egg soft tacos

I love the chorizo and egg soft tacos. I hate the wait every week but I can't stop coming back for more. Well done!

Everything's Wonderful

Absolutely the best place in town--wonderful food (bucket of spuds and the griddled egg and cheese are my favorites, but the gingerbread pancakes are amazing as well) at a great price. I lived away for a while and carried Cluse's menu with me because I missed it so much. The staff is also incredibly welcoming.

Best Breakfast in town

Its nice as a vegetarian to have such a wide selection of options, all of which are great. The fresh squeezed OJ is awesome (albeit not cheap).

Always worth the wait
Reviewed by spstr977 on June 12, 2006
What's better is that I frequently find I am seated long before their "estimated wait time." My personal favorite is the Bellber combo (with gingerbread pancakes). Don't forget to take time to look at the changing art displays!
