Perfect-except for one thing...

I am more or less obsessed with the Bagel Market, and I go here almost every morning on my way to work. The muffins are some of the best I've ever had; their brownies are also ridiculously good. I've never had a problem with the staff or my orders. My only complaint is that it costs me $1.89 to fill up MY OWN mug with coffee. It's not an enormous travel mug or anything. This is just absurd! The coffee is good but it's not that good...I used to frequent Green Mountain coffee roasters and they will fill your cup for half that. So while I do love me some Bagel Market, my wallet may not be able to sustain my addiction...

Wonderful bagels and coffee but terrible service

I live near this bagel place and often visit because it is so convenient and the bagel selection is usually so good, however, the service is so poor that I have stopped visiting. Often the servers will take only the order of one person in my party or will be gruff in their demeanor. I have never been impressed (or even thought the service was adequate)while visiting this establishment.

The breakfast bagels here aren't too bad except that the people making them don't do them the same way as one another. Sometimes they're dreck & sometimes excellent. The bagels are always freshwhich is a plus. As time has gone on the decor is getting a little worn, but i usually get take-out so that's not a big deal. I just wish for some consistency in what is prepared.

I like the bagels from the Bagel Market. They are consistent and delicious. The staff full of sassy teenagers cracks me up. I enjoy going in there and listening to them chat with one another. They are always really friendly and the wait isn't ever too long. The ambiance is eh, but it's a bagel place not a sit down fancy resto. As far as bagels go, it's tops!

The food was great (except that they were out of almost every vegetable on the sandwich I ordered!) but the staff was unfriendly and seemed bored/uninterested.

This is one of my favorite bagel shops because being lactose intolerant and unable to eat cream cheese, their are still plenty of options for me including tofu cream cheese, and I think this is the only place to offer it. Also, the hummus is absolutely delicious!
